Please read the general conditions for use of the sites of Vesela Kashta EOOD. When booking and check-in, you are deemed to have read and to agree to these terms.
When making a reservation at the discretion of the staff of guest houses "Vesela Kashta" can be specified amount as a guarantee deposit for the reservation made before check-in, amounting to one day's rent. Payment on your part of the deposit must be made within 3 working days unless otherwise agreed between the parties, after which your reservation will be confirmed. The rest of the amount for the reservation is payable on the day of accommodation.
You may cancel your reservation in one of the following ways:
30 days notification from arrival date is required for a cancellation, otherwise the deposit will be charged. Modification after the 30 days cancellation period will be treated as cancellation.
Cancellation policies can vary seasonally or depending on the offer.
Amounts for pordered services are non-refundable.
Vesela Kashta Guest House reserves the right to cancel a reservation in case of force majeure or reasons beyond the owner’s authority. In these cases the owner offers another period for accommodation subject to the same conditions and prices.
1. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: after 2 p.m.
- Check-out: by 12 a.m.
Early check-in or late check-out is possible, subject to availability and by prior arrangement with the owner.
2. Additional beds in rooms
Vesela Kashta 2 provides the possibility for additional accommodation of children or adults on sofa beds in each of the rooms. Vesela Kashta offers free use of baby cots and high chair.
3. Personal information
At check-in guests shall verify their identity by submitting their personal documents. Any personal information you provide is protected pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulatory acts regulating the protection of information and shall be processed only in association with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. This information shall be used solely in relation to your reservation and shall not be disclosed for other purposes.
4. Number of guests.
The maximum number of persons residing in the houses may not exceed the specified capacity of the respective house. Persons who are not registered by the owner or his repsentative are not allowed to stay in the houses.
It is undesirable for pets to stay in the houses, except by prior arrangement with the owner. You are responsible for all property damage and / or personal injury resulting from your pet. You agree to indemnify and release the guest house, its owners and staff from any liability for damages incurred as a result of actions by your pet. Vesela House reserves the right to charge the amount of damages to your account, as well as the right to terminate your reservation when necessary, without prior notice.
Guest Houses Vesela Kashta undertakes the obligation to provide the client with the full amount of the requested and paid services.
Guest House Vesela Kashta shall not change the price paid by the client, except in exceptional circumstances where this act is economically justified.
Upon making a reservation, the client enters into a contractual relationship with guest houses Vesela Kashta and accepts the general terms and conditions of the house.
All guests of Guest Houses Vesela Kashta shall be adults according to the Bulgarian legislation (18 /eighteen/ years old). Children are only allowed if they are accompanied by their parents or other legal repsentatives.
Guests are obliged to be extremely attentive and circumspect throughout their stay at Guest Houses Vesela Kashta, especially those with children. Guest Houses Vesela Kashta do not bear liability for any persons under 18 years old left without supervision.
The owner or their repsentatives bear NO liability for:
- Any physical injury, disease, loss, damage, inconvenience or additional expenses incurred by guests and accompanying persons, regardless of the cause;
- Guests’ inability to stay in the house due to personal circumstances (cancellation of annual leave or holiday, loss of documents, etc.);
- Under force majeure - natural disasters (torrential rains, floods, heavy snowfalls, blizzards, hailstorms, earthquakes, landslides, etc.); blockades (on roads, borders, etc.), fire, industrial accidents; wars, etc. as well as other events beyond the authority of the owner that make guest houses Vesela Kashta dangerous or unusable.
All guest and visitors are required to adhere to adopted standards of conduct. Illegal or unethical activities such as gambling, drug use, possession or use of fireworks or dangerous goods, and possession or use of firearms and other weapons are strictly forbidden.
Guest Houses Vesela Kashta do not bear liability for lost, forgotten or stolen personal items from the property as well as for any damage caused by third parties.

Guests shall treat the property of Vesela Kashta with due diligence.
The owner or their repsentative may terminate your reservation immediately in case of excessive or unacceptable loss or damage at any time of your stay without compensation or refund of the amount paid.
Any damage or loss incurred during the stay at Guest Houses Vesela Kashta is paid by the guests in full at market prices.
All prices cited on Guest Houses Vesela Kashta website as well as in e-mails and sms messages sent to clients are in BGN, VAT and tourist tax included. In some cases, prices may be subject to other offers, promotions and conditions. If you need additional information about our offers, please contact us.
Any cost incurred for extra service is not included in the price and shall be paid in the house. Any claimed but unused or partially used amount due to the guests’ actions shall not be refunded.
All complaints related to the quality of paid services must be filed by the client on site at the house to eliminate weaknesses.

IХ. Additional provisions
Smoking in rooms in Guest Houses Vesela Kashta is forbidden.
In case that the guests plan to hold an event such as a wedding reception or a party that includes more people than the capacity of Guest Houses Vesela Kashta or if the guests intend to use the property for a purpose other than holiday, they are thus obliged to inform us at the time of reservation.
In cases of public order violation (noise and loud music after 11 p.m.) reported to police authorities, guests bear full responsibilities for resolving the issue. In case any sanctions, fines or other penalties provided by the Bulgarian legislation are imposed, they shall be fully covered by the guests in whose sence violations have been recorded.
Upon reservation, guests agree that they have read these Terms & Conditions, understood and accepted them without exception and that they cannot be subject to disputes.
Guest Houses Vesela Kashta reserve the right to change the information in the general Terms & Conditions in case of changes in the legislation regulating its business activities.
